About Me
Having just transferred my booklist from goodreads, I'm going to have to go through it to 'repair' things -- which may take awhile since there's >2000 titles, so bear with me. The ratings are of how much I _personally_ liked the book, generally in the context of its genre -- I can rate a dime novel a 5, because it's a terrific dime novel, however it wouldn't score a 5 as a piece of serious 'classic' literature. It's how much I liked the book, not necessarily of its perceived importance in literature -- there's some classic writers (Dickens and Flaubert come to mind) who bore me to tears.
